10:00am- 1:00 PM— Awakening the Energy Centers of the Body: Wear comfortable clothing as you learn how to align the energy centers of the chakras, the mind, body, and spirit through movements and guided meditation. Their meaning and how they effect your everyday life, your work, your environment, relationships and your individual self.

Mary’s mission is to teach women of all sizes, shapes, and ages how to tap into their highest potential through the use of self-hypnosis and environmental awareness. Tonya’s Mission is to change the thoughts we carry throughout our lives on inner and outer beauty, by awakening your inner spirit to your own divine plan. Mary and Tonya remind women that beauty is about health and well-being. When applied properly, these methods are effective in changing lives. Remember: Beauty is only an illusion of what we want it to be.

Mary combines her design talents with her extensive hypnotherapy experience to help her clients unlock their hidden creativity, productivity and spirituality. She then uses the application of Feng Shui principles with her clients to help them anchor the behavior changes they have identified together.

Mary owns and operates Design Wisdom-Feng Shui in Draper, Utah. She does workshops on Intuitive Feng Shui throughout the Western United States as well as private intuitive life skills coaching and Feng Shui consultations. Mary is the author of “A Reference Guide for the Students of Feng Shui.” She has also recorded several audio CD’s entitled, “Quantum Mind Feng Shui--Opening the Third Eye of Consciousness-Projecting Dreams into Reality—AND-- If You Can Dream it, You Can Be It, a Weight Management /Self Esteem Tool designed to help you transform your mental and physical image of self.

Tonya Nemanic is a professional in the beauty industry for the last twenty years. She incorporates the health and wellness of beauty through the use of eastern and western philosophies in her salon and spa. Through the use of chakra balancing and knowledge of holistic approach of beauty, she inspires other beauty professionals throughout the United States using her products by teaching the new and exciting styles of the season. Tonya brings new spirit to the fashion scene.

Tonya has owned and operated her own salon and spa since 1995, Beauty and the Beast. She finds that there is beauty in all things if you look for it, hence the name of her salon. She has studied and practiced with holistic practitioners since the mid-80’s. Inspired by healing herself and others in a unique way of listening to what we say and what she sees, we all have the ability to heal if we truly are in a conscious state of awareness.  Currently writing a series of novels on her own experience of energy, look forward to seeing them in the bookstores soon.
